Great product, great service & the retailer were kind enough to send me a leaflet with their range of 'pure' products. This really works and I am seeing definition in my midriff area. It's my second batch & I will be buying more as they ingredients are good and natural. No side effects! I bought itbafter watching my favour fitness model uses it before a cardio session to burn extra fat and I wasn't disappointed. Put in the hard work with good nutrition and results will come after 4/6 weeks. There are days where I forget to take it but I still see results

Hard to say if they are good or not, as with any subtle weight loss products. They're vegan, so cruelty free.. Bonus. As for CLA goes, there is strong research to show they work. Id say just try them if you have spare coin, they are good for ones health. Just remember the research suggests that a higher dosage is needed to experience the weight loss benefits, so you will need to take them regularly as directed, not just 1 every couple of days.

Pricey compared to previous ones and didn't notice any benefits apart from no reflux I appreciate that but too costly to buy again especially as no evidence of it benefitting me using it.

Good product. You kind of forget how big 1000mg capsules are until you tip them out into your hand. So be warned, if you have trouble taking large capsules, then maybe these arent for you. Overall, yeah, they're fine.

After a month of using these twice a day I cant say I have seen any difference in fact my weight or energy levels. I was slowly losing weight due to my diet and exercise efforts, still doing the same with these pills but my weight has increased in last month - no magic bullet here for me....

So it's really hard to tell if something like this works or not, but I've been tracking my weight since September after deciding to get fit in August, I've just finished my first bottle of these and there's been more weight loss than there was in the month prior so I've ordered my second bottle. The month before I took these I went from 76.8kg down to 75.2kg in roughly 30 days, I've then gone from that 75.2kg down to 71.6kg in around the same time while taking these. I've not made any real changes during this time other than the addition of these to my morning routine. I go to the gym twice a week and see a personal trainer once a week and do a little bit here and there in between so I'm not just sitting at a computer waiting for the weight to drop off me. It might be these pills or it might be that my fitness has increased so I'm able to push myself harder, either way I'm giving them another month before I decide, if there's little or no weight loss next month I'll update this review, but so far so good.

2nd purchase of this product and it does what it says On the tin. Used in conjunction a balance healthy lifestyle and regular exercise this product has helped to reduce body fat. If you are a person that has the healthy lifestyle and exercises bit doesn't seem to get the body fat reduction. This supplement is the little added help that will take you that next step. I noticed a difference after 2 weeks of taking 1 tablet twice a day, then reduced it to 1 a day for the remainder of that supply. Would highly recommend.

I had little stomach ache when I had it with MaxiNutrition Thermobol Fat Metaboliser. Felt drowsy. Not going to try both again.
