The quality is excellent, and it has really useful and precise control settings. It's been working for me in humidity levels around80 to 90 percent. It also looks really nice. I just wish the capacity of water tank were bigger. the mobility is good based on the light weight of the device.

Overall I'm impressed with this dehumidifier after having it for a couple of months. I use it in my 30ft RV and I can tell it works because I have to empty it every 2-3 days (I live in Northern CA in a redwood forest, so my area is pretty damp). One thing that drives me crazy though is the lit display. The display and lights seem to have no rhyme or reason. It displays the current humidity (which seems accurate against a different device I have), however the numbers blink, or sometimes they don't. Sometimes the front of the machine has a green light, I think it sometimes flashes? Sometimes the light is blue. And all this random blinking sets off my motion cameras when I'm at work and there doesn't seem to be any way to turn off any of the lights or display, it drives me insane.

Great customer service. The dehumidifier worked great in our basement space for a good while. I had a problem with an error code on the unit and I reached out to customer service. They were friendly and helpful. They walked me through a few steps and sent me a new unit. Very satisfied.

Quiet and collects a lot of water quick! The bin is super small so I had to switch it to the hose that is included and drain it into the floor. It's very quiet. The only complaint I would have is if you have a situation where you can't use the hose you probably want to get one with a larger capacity bin. This one fills up in 7-8 hours at my house and is about 1/3 of the size of any other unit I've ever owned, otherwise it's a great buy.

It worked great till started leaking water 19 months after purchase. Coil starts freezing up if keep running for 30 or 40 minutes. Refringent pressure muse be low due to leaking somewhere.

Coming up on a year of using this dehumidifier! I love it! We live in the south, United States, where the summer heat index feels like 103F with 98% humidity. Our home used to have to stay at 68/69F just to keep the moisture down, but with this running throughout the day, we’ve been able to set our home at 75/76F and be super comfortable. I never thought I would be comfortable at 76F inside my house as an overweight person- but here we are. It’s cut back on the electric bill, and it’s not so dry that it causes problems- it’s perfect for our 1400sqft home. I have two young kids who don’t think much of it. It’s pushed aside, and the only time they realize it’s there is when it beeps to tell us it’s full. (To which my son will run to me yelling “Mama, we need to dump water!”) We pour out the water into the tub or outside on some garden plants, about three times a day. It has wheels so we can move and tuck it away if we have a lot of people over. It’s quiet. About as loud as a white noise machine on the lowest volume (idk what else to equate it to, aside from your AC unit kicking on?). Our home was a potential target for mold because it just stayed damp…. everywhere, but I haven’t seen any condensation at all since I bought this little machine. I put it away during the winter, but this will be the second summer and we haven’t had a single issue with it! We love it!

The original dehumidifier stopped working nearing the end of the first year. I contacted Hogar Labs for customer support. The customer support was exceptional. Following trouble shooting guidelines that did not get the unit working again, I received an email from Hogar Labs support that a new replacement dehumidifier was being sent. Below is my reply to the excellent turn around time in receiving a replacement dehumidifier: "Thank you so much for the Hogar replacement dehumidifier. I have received it. I set it up today. It is working great! I plan to write a review on Amazon concerning your excellent customer service policy. I appreciate the fast results, your commitment to customer satisfaction, and am very pleased with my new working humidifier. Thank you again."

This item worked for a year and a few months but stopped dehumidifying so longer any good . It did work well for the short time. Update - Hogarlabs reached out to me right away to help solve the problem. They had me send a video to show the errors. It has a 2 year warranty and they are sending me a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they handled the problem. Would definitely recommend the company. It is a good dehumidifier and does a good job. We use the drainage tube so we never have to empty the bucket. It is very quiet also.

Works very well but the tank is small. If you can’t connect it to a drain you will need to empty it frequently.

Déshumidificateur efficace tout en étant silencieux. Cependant a cessé de fonctionner au 23ieme /24 mois de sa garantie…Nous avons contacté par email la compagnie Hogarlabs et moins d’une semaine plus tard un nouveau déshumidificateur nous a été livré. Service à la clientèle 5 étoiles, impeccable.
