Mild tasting black seed oil with super convenient syringe
I'm really enjoying this black seed oil! Unlike some other brands I've tried, it doesn't leave a strong aftertaste, which makes it so much easier to consume and you don't cringe after swallowing. I'm not sure if this is indicative of its quality, but it's definitely a plus for me as I am much more likely to keep supplementing with it.The included syringe is a life hack, as it plugs right into the top of the bottle, allowing for precise measurements and easy dispensing, whether into another container or directly into the mouth. I can't go back to shaking the bottle into a teaspoon, this is a superior method. The tinted glass bottle also helps to keep the oil fresh for an extended period and prevents microplastics leeching in, I would still keep it in a dark environment to keep it from oxidising for longer. No flaws or issues whatsoever.

Good use for its anti-inflammatory properties.
I’ve not used Black-seed oil before, but I have heard of all its benefits. Having been suffering from sinuses for a while now, I decided to give it a try, in the hopes that its anti-inflammatory properties would help ease my nasal congestion.Firstly, it arrived in a glass bottle with an application syringe. Upon reading the instructions label, it states to take 5ml on a daily basis, preferably with food, and I did just that. The taste isn't that strong and it has a smooth texture to it.I actually prefer to mix it with a fruit juice and the taste isn’t noticeable at all. Of course, the benefits won’t appear immediately, but I’m hoping to see a difference over prolonged use, and I can perhaps include this in my daily dietary intake. Besides, being a natural ingredient, if it doesn't show any improvements, at least it won’t be harmful, unlike conventional medicines.

Tastes revolting.
The media could not be loaded. Black seed oil is pressed from the seeds of a flowering shrub, Nigella sativa. The plant is packed with thymoquinone, a compound which may have cancer fighting powers. In rats, it shrank tumors and slowed their growth as well as protected tissue from radiation damage. Amongst some of the benefits, such as mentioned anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial and antioxidantSide effects can be might make bleeding disorders worse, thus might slow blood clotting, serious side effects are rare nausea, bloating may casuse an allergic rash when taken by mouth or applied to the skin.I have to say it tasted really bad, I felt almost sick actually. It tastes of machine oil mix with an almost pepper like spice. Sticking the injector into the top of the bottle locks the edges in place, it will leave the top in the bottle. Then you can pull the syringe out or plug it back in the bottle, need to turn it upside down while the syringe is in, then pull slowly out until you reach 5ml. I think it is a bit annoying quite messy in fact, some oil leaked and I had to clean up.I haven't had any side effects yet but I will update if I do. This so far is average for me though, I don't think I can stomach injecting into my mouth raw, best taken with a meal but I'd rather not throw up my meal. Maybe I can try it with a drink. Has an epixry of 2025 from now 2023.Fun fact:Black seed oil also contains omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, and some alkaloids, saponins, sterols, B vitamins, minerals, but doesn't say how much exactly or quantity of each, you want to stay more away from omega 6 and get more of omega 3.You can take it by mouth with a meal or you can also apply it topically to benefit the skin. Can add to massage oils, shampoos, homemade skincare products and fragrances. High quality black seed oil is also suitable for use in cooking, baking, and beverages. I would startpage.com on it's uses. Can't say for sure if this is high quality black seed oil, as don't have the equipment to test the purity level and density of nutrients.Edit Update- I think this might have given me a rash, on my shoulder there was some streaks of red dots, it went away next day, but I don't want to do this supplment anymore sorry.

Tried for a couple of weeks only noticed a slight Improvement will need more time
Having used this for the past couple of weeks I didn't actually notice much of an improvement until a week after I had been taking it.Very easy to use.I did notice an improvement in some areas but I will assume that this is the sort of product I would need to take for multiple weeks or even months for it to build up in my system to work correctly so after I have finished the course if I feel better I will buy more and try again and update this review.

Tastes pretty neutral
I've tried 2 other types of black seed oil, all cold pressed, and this is the one that had the least taste and went down the easiest. Now if the strong taste is a measure of how potent the oil is then perhaps this is a bad thing, but assuming it isn't this is the best of the bunch. The syringe that comes with it measures the 5ml needed, the top of the bottle however is open neck, could do with having a calpol style plug in the top as once the volume in the bottle reduces using the syringe will be more difficult.Lots of health benefits to taking black seed oil - do some research and you'll also see the importance of it being cold pressed.5 stars from me

Not the strongest I've tasted. Unsure of organic credential
It has a relatively nice flavour. Some may even prefer this being a little less strong than others I have tried.I am unsure of the organic credentials though as I cannot find anything other than the title that says it's organic. It came with a syringe-style device, much like you get for measuring medicine for kids - which is interesting but probably unnecessary. However, it's handy to have as a measuring device.Four stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
