This book is brilliant, if you are not sure or confident enough to make your own bread, please buy this book, why ,all you do is just measure out the ingredients as stated, put them into the bread maker, turn on to the menu you want, then leave it, the bread maker will do all the work, when the time is up ( this is the really hardest part ) EAT IT

I bought this to go with a bread maker I bought for my better half, she loves it and has tried a few of the recipes, sadly, I am forced to have to eat the delicious results usually warm and spread thickly with salty butter, Definitely a necessary accompaniment to a bread maker, she has not found one I have not liked yet.

Lovely recipes in this bread book and have tried several of them.

Fab book but it's a gift so haven't given this to the recipient as yet. I'm sure it will go down well and tick all the right boxes.

a nice very informative book

This is a good little book for compact bread machines. It is a hardback , but I would not spend £200 on it. The only book you need is any bread machine book by Jennie Shapter. The Ultimate Bread Machine Cookbook is the best. Also if you go to Lakeland website direct , must be cheaper?
