I've opened it and I had my suspicions. Tye small was horrible and the package looked nothing like the real one. The shampoo is yellow greenish and the real one is not like that at all. Pleade avoid !!!!! Run as far as you can if you don't want to lose your hair

First of all, the product had come out of the bottle and leaked through the box, then I check inside and, of course, the bottle had no protective film like it does when you buy in a physical store. There was still enough product remaining so I went ahead and used it. My hair turned out wavy instead of straight, remember that this is supposed to be extra strength. And after a couple of weeks my hair is going back to curly again!!!Never ever will I buy this product from Amazon again, I will keep buying it in my local store as usual.

The Best to use, my Hair is as smooth 👌 and easy to manage. Especially with the English Weather.

They don’t call this creamy crack for nothing! I have 4c hair and it makes it so much more manageable. My hair has grown using this relaxer as I take care of it way more because it’s now easier to manage.

This was an absolute waste of money, please don’t buy this. Product was open and not sealed, and the leaflet is a copy. I wouldn’t dare put this rubbish on my head to be safe. I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND PLEASE

The packaging was not good it was all messed up the cream or squeeze in together in the original box itself. The cream didn’t come with the plastic lid on top of it, the liquid that you supposed to mix your cream with was licking it was half in the bottle, It was a total waste of my money I couldn’t send it back because I already opened it. I normally don’t live review especially a bad one but this pissed me off because it was a rip-off.! DO BETTER

Excuse the breakfast mess! I started preparing myself and thought the lifted box lid was a non entity. When I opened the box everything wasn’t as you’d expect like neatly packaged and in their rightful place ...Gloves etc had been hastily shoved down one side. Wasn’t until I went to grab the activating liquid and felt crystals at the bottle of the box that I thought something was wrong. I realised the activating liquid had been loosely closed ... didn’t require push down and twist (child lock style) I then looked at the relaxer cream took off the lid and realised even plastic seal had been partially opened although cream had not been disturbed. Was too scared to use this “chemistry” set. Buyer beware!!!

Used this for someone with 7 inch / medium corse hair. Followed instructions left on for 20 mins max time. Mixed a&b and the other B oil (sachet) Hair result : smooth so far with the conditioner. Shiny. Slight irritation to scalp because it was left on for extra 3 minutes. Overall good product! Remember to stick to instructions!
