It strikes the perfect balance between sophistication and approachability. What really sets this scent apart is how smooth and well blended it is. The opening is fresh and energizing, then it settles into a refined, slightly woody and aromatic profile that feels classy and masculine. It has that unmistakable Montblanc DNA. Elegant, professional, and timeless. This is the kind of fragrance that works just as well in an office, on a date, or for daily wear. Performance is excellent. Longevity easily lasts throughout the day, and the projection is just right. Noticeable without ever becoming intrusive. I have received multiple compliments, especially in close settings, which says a lot about how pleasing and versatile this scent is. The bottle itself is stunning. Given as present, but I smelt it and was lovely and with great staying power.

I bought this fragrance six to seven years ago, but not the platinum version. It was just called Explorer. So when I seen the platinum fragrance I just had to buy it. When it is first applied it does smell different, but after half hour real fragrance comes out with the woody and slight earthy fragrance. If you apply liberally it does last all day. With the non platinum version I have people asking what aftershave I'm wearing, as it smells so nice. I haven’t wore the platinum one whilst I've been out yet. Also for the price of £49, for 100ml odour parfum which contains the most perfume. I think it is a very good price.

I really love this perfume! It often goes on sale, but it smells so luxurious with such a beautiful, sexy trail. My boyfriend absolutely loves wearing it – honestly, it’s the best thing he could do for me! The only downside is the design of the sprayer, which makes it hard to see how much is left in the bottle. But the bottle itself is heavy, elegant, and made of very sturdy glass.

Lovely smell, long lasting smell

Quality scent from a company of taste. Nice woody scent for cool or warmer weather. Descent longevity. 8 hours plus..... I'm a big user of Montblanc and they are a quality beauty and scent provider. Decent size bottle as well. Heavy in hand.
