how to dispose of braun clean and renew cartridges?

You've got a great question and I'd be happy to help. No, the Braun Clean & Renew container (cartridge) is not recyclable; it can be placed out for regular garbage/rubbish pick-up. Will this product work with the Braun Series 9 razor and charging station?

The Braun clean &renew cartridges work on Braun series 3,5 7 & 9

Does it work for series 7?

I use mine with my series 7 and it functions, perfectly. So far as I know, these cartridges are designed to fit any Braun clean/charge apparatus.

Good value and keeps my shaver in top condition

These are a slightly different shape to what Braun originally supplied for years but they do fit and work perfectly. The projections on the rear corners have been removed, probably to make them easier/cheaper to manufacture. They fit into the cleaning station and the connections line up fine as usual

Design changed - still works fine

OK. So I’ve been using these for ages and have absolutely no issue with them. For ref, I’m am using them with my Braun S9 (9390cc) which I bought back in 2020. What I didn’t realise is that the physical design/shape of these new cartridges has changed. It can be seen in the product picture but I really didn’t think to look that hard. The cartridge still fits and still works exactly the same. It has the same product number and volume dimensions. Just don’t be surprised if you see this and are concerned.
