My kids run for their college teams and this is their go-to to help with endurance.They say it helps with oxygen fueling their muscles.Tastes like beets but they usually down the couple ounces in a single swig and are on their way.

Fantastic, love the product!

I race XC mountain bikes, and this is an amazing pre-race supplement! I take it about 30 minutes before the race, and it lasts throughout the 2+ hour race. Mixes easily with water, and taste is not bad. Easy to drink and I've experienced no stomach discomfort. I'm a SuperBeets fan...I also take SuperBeets Heart capsules everyday.

Horrible taste, taste like your drinking sand. They manufacture needs to analyze this and change to a more user friendly taste. Even if you mix with other products. Makes the whole drink red and harsh tasting.

I tried this as a way to get ready for early morning workouts. The flavor is strong, but I didn't find it un-appealing. It does feel like it offers the benefits it claims. I did feel that it gave me an energy boost. I haven't re-ordered it yet, but I am glad to have discovered it.
