lightweight and fast laptop. fewer issues> random crashes, touchpad not that sensitive, shutdown button just not working resetting might work but haven't tried. But still worth it because of weight, storage and price.

this device has multiple issues: video-audio, I never was able to make a video call. upon ivesigation there is something wron with the drivers and hardwear itself it came with. I was not able to connect this PC tp another screen, again upon diagnostic it says something wrong with drivers and fixing still id not help me. The rack that keeps connected top of PC brock after 6 month and I amost did not use this computer, I had to use my old one due to video problems. Basicaly the top of laptop became detached, I caanot close laptop and it cannot hold 90 degree angel, I alway need wall or something behind, and to connect to another scree is not solution eighter as it has some other broken drivers. The whole thing is just mess. And it is still new

It took me a little while to get used to Windows 11 since I had used Windows 10 for a while but Windows 11 is much more dependable and reliable than Windows 10 was. Everything on my old computer was easy to download on my new computer. This computer is so much faster than the old one was. I am really impressed with it. This is an update - all of sudden I started getting blue screens where the computer shuts down and restarts because it encountered an error. The service center at Lenovo told me if I paid $60+ I would be able to get someone to come to my home under premium care to fix my laptop. All of sudden they won't send someone to my home but I have to send my computer to Texas to have this piece of garbage repaired. Not only that but I have to find a Fedex that will give me a paper receipt for shipping it which is not available in the town that I live in so I have to drive 45 miles one way to get this done!!!! I will never buy a Lenovo laptop again!!!!!!!

This i pad has worked perfectly from day 1 contrary to some other reports. I was very apprehensive about buying this after reading those report's. I took a chance and ordered it. It arrived in perfect and new condition. The screen is bright and clear. I thought it would have been a lot faster than it actually is. But with the price it was a great buy.

I ordered this laptop due to the specs and several positive reviews, however, I am less than a week in and not that thrilled with it. It works but it seems really slow compared to my work Asus Lenovo. I figured that it having 20Gb and 1Tb among other things that it would be lightning fast. Unfortunately, that is not the case. It takes several 10s of seconds to open anything (giving me flashbacks of dial-up but I might just be slightly dramatic). Day one, nothing would load under a minute. It got better at remembering but Icons, attachments, and photos still take a while. And I know it's not my internet because I put my work computer side by side and try the same tasks just to verify. I'm going to give it another few days but I feel like I may return it and spend more on something that has a little bit more pep.

My daughter does virtual high school and it is fast. The only issue is that it has just cut off without warning in the middle of her work. She has lost some of her work and has had to completely redo

Count me into the group who regrets their purchase of this machine because of the random power driver state failure and the shutdown command not working (manual shutdown using power switch required). I purchased this machine on the advice of a computer tech based on the price and upgraded RAM and hard drive when my Acer laptop failed due to a fatal error upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11, and because of Lenovo’s prior reputation for quality equipment. However, he apparently didn’t read the reviews. I’m experiencing the same aggravating random shutdowns and lost data FOUR TIMES, representing several hours’ worth of data, all of which had to be re-input, on a project. While the machine is thin and light, it feels cheaply made. The screen resolution is acceptable but not great. Because I use a mouse, I disabled the touchpad so that isn’t an issue. I reloaded Windows 11, thinking that would fix the problem (it didn’t). Substantial time expended in searching and tweaking “how to fix power driver state failure” produced nothing – BSOD error still appears randomly, deleting anything being worked on at the time. I also can’t stand the automatic OneDrive backup into the cloud – user tip: Save your photos on a USB drive and disable OneDrive. Not worth the hassle. Bottom line is, since I have no other choice, I’ll use it until it fails completely, then get something decent. Generous two star rating. Not recommended.

I understood that the laptop had Windows 11 S installed and was considering returning the unit. I am glad I didn't as after getting it all up and running I found I could download Norton Security Software from my BT account and the laptop was in fact running Windows 11 Home. For the money this is well worth considering and is very well specified

Don’t be mislead into thinking this laptop is fast and reliable. It isn’t. Not even close. My laptop that is almost ten years old is faster and more reliable than this one. And this was meant to replace it. The description is inaccurate and misleading. This machine crashes on an almost daily basis doing very basic tasks with almost nothing on the HDD. Opening more than two tabs in Firefox or chrome has this machine acting like it’s trying to run the latest NASA program and failing badly. Save your money. Don’t buy this piece of cr*p. Search around. There are way better machines for the same price if not less.

Purchased one of these before ( older model) & purchased a new one for myself, the older model being adopted (but still going strong) by my wife. Just need to copy/ move data then configure machine to my requirements. Excellent quality product as before & value for money, with all the benefits etc

Nice laptop for the price

Well it’s a laptop, windows pc , works well , no cd dvd drive but has usb very pleased with product thanks , battery lasts approx 4/5 hours constant use , takes over hour to charge from flat approx , but is quite quick other wise very pleased thanks.
