Started w the potty with music and lights when you flushed and my daughter absolutely hated it 😭 but she LOVES this one much more because she prefers a real toilet. It’s perfect for her, comes with handles on the side so she can get up and down without help. Super lightweight she’s 2 and moves it on and off the toilet when she needs to go

I didn’t bolt this together yet because we won’t need for at least a few more months, and it’ll be easier to store unassembled. But I wanted to get an idea of how well it might work - and I think it’ll do the job! Fairly easy to put together, and it fits on my toilet (maybe not as well as one specifically designed for my shape toilet seat, but works well enough for a universal cover). I think this will make it easier for my toddler when she’s ready to transition from her little potty on the floor.

It's not very stable and it wobbles when my child steppes on it. She almost fell once and since then she hasn't been using. It's too bad because she was excited when she saw it the first time.

This one is extremely poor quality. Very unsafe, easy for child to slip. Took a while to put together. Do not recommend this at all!

Updated review: initially this contraption was great. It gave her that sense of independence she craved but with a side of messiness for me. If I don't move her back far enough after she is already seated, cue power struggle, and urine spritz out.Other issue? The screws are plastic and although I suspected this might happen (yet had faith it wouldn't) they unscrew themselves. I have found myself tightening about 4x already.Another annoyance, although incredible minuscule; the decorative "ears" easily come off. Twice now they have come off at just picking it up off the toilet and propping it elsewhere. Once the "ear" falling into the toilet. Ugh.Returning.•••I was on the hunt for an item like this for some time but unwilling to pay the $50+ in stores. When I saw the Prime Day price I couldn't resist!I went from having to help up/down my 30lb 2yr old to being hyper vigilant and running after every time my Ms. Independent would take the step stool, run off into the bathroom, and climb up on the toilet herself. With this I have witnessed her going up and down with ease, and although still supervising of course we don't have the constant power struggle of her wanting to do it herself and me wanting to prevent an injury.Issues I've come to notice is that:1. The instruction asks that the toilet lid be lifted before placing down the potty for added security, but in my case in doing that the potty is completely unstable - it wiggles too much. Works better for me with the lid down but..2. Even after the lid is down, there's still some wiggle. As I am supervising regardless we can work with the minimal wiggle, but strongly recommend you try both ways and see which works best.The manufacturer should update their instructions te grading best practice for placement.

I like that any child can get On it off super easy it was very easy to put together only thing it is a little wobbly so still trying figure out how can make more sturdy so I don't have hold it when my son gets on it.
