This adjustable cake rectangular cake pan is perfect for making layer cakes and bars and slices. You can always adjust to the perfect size you are after - to fit a special platter or to make your favorite bars a little thicker. I also own the round one and it is perfect for making mousse cakes either for 2 or 10 - just widen the circle. An excellent product - would highly recommend

Right tool for the right job.
The stainless steel form held up throughout baking and dishwasher clean up.It adjusted easily to the exact dimension of the recipe "bee cake" that was made with it.

Height of the product is 5 centimeters, not 5 inches listed in the description. Should be listed as 1.9 inches. Otherwise the product is of good quality
