Each softgel provides a strong dose of EPA (1,200mg) and DHA (900mg), which makes me feel confident about supporting my heart and brain health. The lemon flavor works well to mask any fishy aftertaste, and the burpless design does what it promises. The only downside is that the capsules are on the larger side, so swallowing them might be tricky for some. Overall, high-quality, mercury-free, and non-GMO—worth it despite the size.

I've been able to swallow big pills ever since and can easily swallow these. I think these are great bang for the buck. The price point is really good for the potency and you get a two month supply. I sometimes use liquid fish oil or cod liver oil just because you get a lot of EPA and DHA in the liquid if you're taking a teaspoon or more, but these are a good alternative. I would definitely recommend these and will purchase a bottle when I'm finished with this one that was sent to me as a trial.
