I have been using these for about 3 months now. I have noticed my nails and stronger snd seem to grow better and I am not sure but it seems like I have some baby hairs around my hairline. I will checl w my hairdresser next appt. These have a great flavor and don't leave any yucky aftertaste and I am picky

Good product. My nails and skin are appreciating the organic product. My hair is still thinning but I am not losing as much now. I have been using this product for about a year now and just started using the multivitamin too. The gummies are flavorful and easy to chew.
