I raised a query for an armrest (handle) replacement, and within one week I received the new armrest. The installation was very easy, and I was able to fix it myself without any help. The chair is very comfortable and hold nearly 400kg of weight and recline is also very good but after a month use it makes noise to prevent it you should use wd 40 regularly in a week or two and lumbar support is just a wordplay it gives little support but it's good chair but with high maintaince surely buy it and it's easily assembled
