Did not like this one.....
Did not like the Monopod. There was very little stability even though the monopod has a 3 legged tripod on the bottom for support. There is very little support. I returned the item for a full refund. Once my NikonD5300 was mounted with a shorter telephoto, the monopod lacked any stability. and a good shot depends on the photographer being very stable and steady. I would not recommend.
