Great
First of all, let's talk about the size. This is a large pot, folks. Big enough to cook up a feast for the whole family, and maybe even some leftovers for tomorrow. And it's not just big, it's handmade too. That means you're getting a piece of cookware that's been crafted with care and attention to detail. And the best part? This pot is made from terracotta, which means it retains heat like nobody's business. You can cook your food at a lower temperature for longer and still get that delicious, slow-cooked flavor. And with the lid, you can trap in all those aromas and flavors, making your food even more delicious. But it's not just about the functionality. This pot is beautiful too. The brown clay gives it a rustic, earthy look that's just begging to be displayed on your stovetop. So, if you're looking for a high-quality, handmade pot for cooking, look no further than the Luksyol Clay Pot for Cooking. It's big, it's beautiful, and it'll take your cooking to the next level. Highly recommended, folks!

pretty heavy but otherwise easy to use
This is a beautiful pot. For me by myself, the 11" is too big, I should have gotten a smaller size. But it will fit a whole chicken inside or a big pot of stew. There are no instructions included in the package so I followed the directions on the listing: Soak for at least 6 hours; dry for one hour; apply oil; put in the cold oven; heat up to 350 F; bake, cool, etc. more oil. Soaks up the oil very well. The inside is glazed so it is easy to wash. I tried rice in the oven and then a tofu vegetable dish and both came out very well. This is a heavy pot (of course, it's clay after all) and it holds heat for a long time, ie don't get your face too close when opening it right out of the oven! Did not try on the stove yet, need a heat diffuser for that.
