This is a really fun version of Risk, especially if you’re a Lord of the Rings fan. It has the classic strategy-board-game feel of Risk, but having it take place in Middle-earth makes it way more fun and immersive. The theme works really well, and it’s a good option if you like longer strategy games with a bit of nostalgia/fantasy built in. Personally, I have lost every single time I’ve played, so I can’t say it has been kind to me. But that probably just means I need to get better at it. Overall, great themed version of Risk. Fun, strategic, and especially good for LOTR fans.

Very impressive game
I've never played regular Risk, so I don't know how different it is, but this game is impressive. An unbelievable amount of thought went into making it, and if anything maybe a touch too complicated, but it's a really cool game. It's not a game you want to play if you only have and hour or so. This game could easily take 3 hours. A good rainy day game
