Great little telescope for bird watching, clear as a bell...quality little scope for a great price. Before birding, I had no idea what details I was missing in life and I went along for a bird watching journey thinking, this is not for me, I am only an ocean person, I only want to look at fish or anything that lives under water... period. Then, in the mid 2000's a friend handed me his binoculars and I saw my first beautiful bird up close, granted it was in a tree full of pink and white spoonbills - I was just stunned, birds with spoons at the end of their noses? or bills? Now that's some creative evolution for ya'! That changed everything, I wanted to see more. Now I have a collection of binoculars too heavy to always drag around or ez to forget sometimes, but this little baby? EZ, it fits right in my backpack or side pack, it is crystal clear always and ez to use. Even if you have never ever used binoculars but want to see more? At this price? You can! Don't miss that one whale tail at the beach, at the end of the day, flipping its tale up for joy like the one I saw on an empty beach at the end of the day, standing there in shock for a sec. thinking I didn't really see it until a couple ran up, out of nowhere yelling, "did you see it?", yes I did!

I bought this for a trip to Costa Rica. It is lighter than binocs and easier to carry. Considering the price, this is excellent value. Not for the serious bird watchers but for amateur gazers like me...perfect!

I am giving 3 stars because I have one of these that I carry with me when I travel. It’s light, doesn’t take up much room and always handy to have. However, I just ordered 2 more for gifts on prime day which showed out for delivery for a week then suddenly order was canceled and sent back. This does not make me happy because I got them for a better price on prime day.

I bought the Pankoo 16X52 monoscope during an Amazon sale on a whim. I wasn't too familiar with the brand and there's tons of different optics on Amazon to choose from. This is a definitely a good one. This optic was easy to use, and I immediately could tell it was well made. The Bak4 prism makes a huge difference in clarity, especially during humid days. It has a thick rubber coating and feels substantial in the hand. I have no doubt it will last a long time. I was able to use it to spot birds and I even was able to spot a Coyote as it was getting dark! Such fun! I can't wait to use it oh some of my upcoming hiking trips. - it's small and light enough to carry in a fanny pack (I know I'm a nerd) Ultimately for the price you can't go wrong. I'll definitely recommend this brand in the future to friends.

This has become my go-to for travel and outdoor adventures. The 16x52 scope delivers clear images, and it’s very comfortable to hold. Suitable for many occasions and makes a wonderful gift.

The only nice thing to say about this is I only spent 24bucks. Please be aware this monocular greatly overstates it's magnification. 16X magnification is a GIANT NFW. I compared this side by side with several other optics I have here and this falls somewhere approximately 8X magnification. I am not going to waste my time with any quantitative measurement on this junk. I compared this with 10X binocular, 12X monocular and much more pricey 25X 77mm spotting scope. I was really only looking for inexpensive magnification for my eclipse viewing sunscope projector (I ended up using my 12X 56mm monocular). This monocular is absolutely NOT WORTH THE VALUE. There are other critical reviews here that said the magnification stated is inaccurate and I should have regarded that information. In my case, I just went too cheap expecting "worth the price", but even at my purchase price of 24bucks, I failed in my purchase of this item. If you are looking for optics, just spend a few more $$ and read those reviews carefully. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Ottimo il materiale, molto favorevole il rapporto fra la qualità e il prezzo, la spedizione è stata velocissima e gratuita. Lo ho gia usato per la osservazione di un gruppo di fenicotteri e volpoche in una delle zone umide più interessanti della Sardegna, lo stagno di Molentargius, lo ho trovato molto funzionale e di facile utilizzo e messa a fuoco. Va tenuto a un cm dalla palpebra per evitare l'effetto ottico del restringimento del diametro della visione.

Excellent product, sturdy, feels and looks good. A great first buy, for someone looking to start using monoculars, especially at 50% off.
