Does this knife have a proper awl included?

Not really, it's the same as on other Victorinox knives. The awl should have been larger. That said this is a good knife for the price and one of my favourites.

Do you have any tang stamped With 20

21 on my new one. (Purchased Dec ‘21). Is it the year?
