Really helps your hair grow

Works on fine hair!
I have used this for three or four months and have seen significant hair growth. Compared to some of the over-the-counter gummies that I have purchased this one actually works. My hair is typically fine and brittle so I’m excited to see my hair grow instead of having to be cut once it gets to a certain length.

Nails were paper thin
I’ve been taking these for about 3 weeks and my paper thin nails are hard as nails, I’m shocked at how well this worked on my nail. However I think it’s too soon to see any improvement on my hair.
