I am so happy with my yoga stick. As a yoga teacher I love yoga props for assistance and this yoga stick does just that. I do all the stretches in the book it comes with and my chest and shoulders are feeling more open each day. Its helping my posture and I’ve noticed I’m standing taller already.

I read a lot of reviews, because I wanted to get one that would last & thought I wanted a wooden one since it was a lower price. I feel I buy too many gadgets for my back & I didn’t want to overpay, so the light green pretty mint stick by Bodytree was my choice & we love it. It can hang in a convenient location with its loop & we can reach for it to get daily use & both my husband & I feel it is sturdy & strong enough to not bend. The handles are soft & comfortable on my arms, I noticed the difference the third time I used it. My chest & back feel flexible after I use the yogo cross stick & when I just see the stick, I tend to correct my posture instantly was I walk by it

I'm a personal trainer and bought this stick specifically for my husband. He has problems aligning his hips, mid-back, shoulders, and neck properly, which has been causing him pain when he sits in his chair and works during the day. If used correctly, this stick provides a great guide for aligning the checkpoints in the kinetic chain. You want; the pole to be aligned against your spine, hips tucked under such that the mid-back near the bottom of your ribs contacts the pole, arms directly under shoulders and hooked around the bar (elbows in), and base of the head (not the top) pulled back with chin tucked. I would recommend this to anyone who struggles with establishing a neutral posture.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this posture corrector stick. It is a very simple pole, covered with a thick foam and is adjustable. It can be used as a straight stick or in the cross position. It is easy to use and manipulate to your desired shape. I, like many people, suffer from chronic back pain. Anything I can do to ease the pain I will try. Initially, this was uncomfortable. But as I loosened up, my muscles began to feel better and by the time I had finished my first session, my muscles had relaxed and loosed up enough to feel lighter. It was an amazing feeling for someone who expects to chronically feel pain. If even for a few minutes I had some relief, it was worth it. I will be working out with this posture corrector stick daily. I know not to expect miracles, even though they would be greatly appreciated. Continued use should show some benefit. I have high hopes. I already feel better and that is extremely important.

Excellent product! I train all my clients for building posture. This product can be used in so many ways and it even comes with a booklet with several exercises and how to use the yoga stick properly.

I love the design. It seems like a great idea. Unfortunately, they made it with cheap metal tubing. I am 55, with severe back problems, which have left me very weak. On my first use, the stupid thing bent. It barely closes. If they replaces the tubing, I would love it. Sadly, its typical of most stuff today, it's garbage.
