Okay these work. You will go to sleep thinking, “This volcano will never stop erupting. Pele is gettin freaky on my forehead. Tolkien’s inspiration for Mount Doom was MY FACE.” Then, breathing an exasperated and helpless sigh, you’ll exfoliate the crap out of your face with some baking soda and face wash mixture, use a derma roller to really get in there, slap one of these bad boys on your underground gunk pools, and go to sleep. You’ll wake up the next morning and say, “Holy smokes, Batman! That patch is whiter than a Dutch grandma in winter!” And you’ll start to peel it off your forehead. As you do so, you’ll feel yourself actively getting lighter- like after you have a really good PMS poop that you’ve been waiting on for days. As you drop the patch from your hand, you’ll notice that your walk is more brisk. (How much bacteria did I HAVE in there!) And after three days of doing this, you will look at your smooth face and think, “wow. Galadriel could never.” You’ll look at your bank account and say, “huh. Looks about the same as it did before!” And you will thank Aphrodite that she lead you to this listing, this review, and these patches. In common: these patches work. They are affordable. They suck all the crap out yo face. With some stubborn pimples it will take a few days of exfoliating and patching, but they will go away. I recommend adding a vitamin c or brightening serum to your routine as well so that the discoloration is addressed too. But a good face scrub+these patches will address your texture issues no problem. I never write amazon reviews but this product deserves a good one. I have been buying them for years, have compared them to others, and this is by far the best quality. It doesn’t rip your epidermal skin off like Hero Mighty Patches or whatever tf they’re called do. It just grabs the gunk. These are your friends. Buy them.

I got those other branded ones from Target once and loved them but holy moly, I would not be able to afford using them often. I couldn't tell the difference between these and the expensive ones so save your money and get these ones.

These patches adhere a little less well around the edges of the patch than the smaller and thicker ones you can get at the store, but they're larger and cover more area and seem to do a great job at pulling gunk out overnight, and the package contains many more patches than you get with Hero or other brand patches. I'd definitely purchase these again.

I’ve tried numerous and different brands of acne patches. I like how these come with multiple sizes, definitely like how you can pick and choose according to the size of your pimple. The cheek patches are a PLUS I get a few that bunch up around my cheek and forehead so I just slap one of ‘em on. You may have to wear a few each time after use depending on what kind of pimple or acne you may get from time to time. For example I get hormonal acne on my chin. If it’s the red bumpy kind that doesn’t look white, I have to wear a patch every night until it shrinks, also so I don’t accidentally scratch it. When I see pimples that do have pus and it’s tempting to pop, I’ll slap a patch on and it’ll suck the goo out. Sometimes in the morning after, I’ll see a hole from where the pus was sitting. I try not to use a patch when it’s an open wound so I’ll let my skin rest a day or two depending on how big or small it is. These work for me and I hope they work for you. You can’t beat $8 for all that you get!

While this product is not as good as hero it gets the job done! Sticks to the face well, and pulls the goop up in a few hours. Large patches are perfect for having a large breakout like the T zone. Things to note: like all pimple patches these do not remove the pimple only help bring it to the surface. It is not a cure, I use this in combination with seeing a licensed cosmetologist. It does not work on cystic acne and it can be a struggle to get it on a curve edge like lips/ chin. An issue that happens with every brand. I love this for my sensitive skin to help pimples heal! Highly recommend in conjunction with other treatments.

These are much thicker than others that I have tried. It's hard to get the edges to stick down really well, even after pressing down on them for a minute or two. They pull up very easily if you put them in areas where your skin moves a lot (like near your mouth). If you place it in an area with very little movement, it will stay very well. There were some little white spots on them when I pulled them off after at least 4-5 hours but nothing super gross or anything like that. Like the title says, not the best but not the worst either. They work when you don't have anything better. My skin wasn't super changed or clear after using them.

I’ve been using these for several years and have NEVER been disappointed! I have acne, “bacne” and extremely sensitive skin, so I was skeptical about patches in general for a long time. These work great!!! I don’t know why people are saying they don’t stay on. You have to put them on freshly cleaned, dry skin. You can’t just throw one on whenever you feel like it, because of the oil on your skin. This also goes the same with your fingers. Only hold it by the edges so the oils from your fingers don’t contaminate or compromise the adhesive. If you don’t get it where you want it after the first placement and you take it off to relocate, it will have compromised the adhesive. With that said, make sure you are careful and accurate where you want to place it. If you don’t, then the edges will curl and they will peel off eventually. But that’s not the issue of the product, because they do stay on, it’s the user. I have put the large patches on my back overnight (and mind you I get “bacne” from sleeping on my back) and they stay. Do NOT put these on open wounded pimples. That goes for all brands of patches. If you have broken the skin on a pimple, it will peel a layer off because the skin has been compromised from being broken. Common sense, so don’t get upset. It can leave a slight red mark outline from the larger patches (but that’s due to the adhesive being good) but after you clean your skin gently, it goes away. A lot of people don’t understand how to properly clean their faces or skin, so please, don’t scrub your face and not with hot water. In conclusion, the bad reviews that people have given are most very likely due to operator error situations.
