The best
I love this handle. I use it every time I go to the gym for a push day. Very well made.

Really nice T-bar!
This bar was not difficult to assemble, and works really well! I wouldn't tighten the screw too much to scrape your barbell, but that's a minor concern.Overall, very impressed. Not as nice as a single solid unit, but a fantastic value.

Easy way to add a whole new set of exercises.
Super happy with this attachment.I had never done the Viking press before, bit I thought this would be an affordable way to add more capability to my garage gym.Once assembled it does feel nice and sturdy.I did not think about needing an attachment at the other end of the bar - you definitely want one. As is, the best way I could use it was by tucking the other end of the bar in the corner.I have just placed an order four a holder that mounts to my squat Rack which I think will work much better. The only thing I would mention is that for a lift like this, it is a bit awkward to lift it up without the handles being able to rotate. But once over your head it's a fantastic lift.I would recommend.
