Slide whistle 'swanny whistle' set - 2 x large + 2 x small. Rosewood

Your not going to fill a room with the sound of this little thing. It does the Swamy thing, but it does it quietly and a bit fiddly.

These whistles are well made and a lot of fun.They were much smaller than I imagined. For some reason I was thinking more along the size of a descant recorder.These range from a large pen size to a small pencil.Sound effects and impersonating "The Clangers" is enjoyed by children of all ages.I know it isn't customary to play tunes on these things but it is something enjoy.They are a little too 'sticky' for subtle pitch tweaks though I'm sure they will free up with use.

Small and not particularly great quality.

theses artizanal whistles are not made by music technicians and have not been tuned or taken through a quality control check and not much care had been given to produce them....and they are falling apart after a while...shame because the wood serms to be a good quality....they will go in the bin or in the fire one by one soon. :-(

One larger was excellent with clear, loud sound. The other three worked but sound was more squeaky with too much air getting through when blown

Just what I was looking for for a Clangers fan. Having read past reviews I knew there were only 2 sounds, the large and the small. One of the small ones didn't work properly but the company sent a replacement without demur.

The two large whistles were excellent but it was very hard to get clear sound on the smaller whistles.

Doesn't hold a note all the way down the scale, but still makes the amusing noise I required them for.
