Nice if you don't cut
Ok.. So I love the lights and the functions they give you. I would have to give you a 5 star rating on that. Now my problem is that you advertise that the lights as 15mm whish is true with the tubing but don't state that the actual strip itself is 12mm if your trying to cut and connect and that is wrong. I actually measured the strips wide after I cut the plastic housing because I ordered the waterproof strips and what I measured is that it's 12mm. Unfortunately hardly no one sells any connectors for 12mm rgb 4 pin strips but plenty of 12mm rgbw 5 pins strips. And that is a problem for me. So of you are looking for a nice strip this is a good one as long as you don't plan to cut it unless you want to solder

Wouldn't purchase again
I have a section of a strip that stays one color. I have them on my boat and the first time I went on the water this happened. How do I send them back?

Not impressive particularly in programs available
Side by side compared with (purchase one of each) with Minger version of Dream Lights... these stink. Programs are tedious to sift through and offer little bang for the buck. Other mfg product offers more creative and attractive light patterns and easier to select attractive program, customize or (limited) self programming. Very disappointing. Add that many programs have several blue/white leds in a constant "on" mode as light pattern passe through the string. Simply a sub-par product.

Lights stopped working very quickly
The controller that is attached stopped working in the middle of an event. The lights just flash now... No color selection or pattern. Could someone please contact me? Thanks!
