I had bought a gallon of pest repeller at Home Depot but the day after spraying the wood and paint were like bubbling. Will your product do the same ?

We sprayed mostly siding, cement and painted deck. I haven't seen any bubbling. It does contain peppermint oil I guess if you spray alot it's possible but really don't need alot. Just enough to get the scent.

Does it kill on contact or keep killing

It does not kill on contact or at all. It just has a very strong peppermint smell mixed with a strong chemical smell but has no actual impact on bugs or insects of any sort.

Does this product stain wood or concrete? Want to use around doors, windows, base of house

We sprayed siding, cement, and painted wood deck. I haven't noticed any color change after 2 sprays. I would of course test first in a hidden area just to make sure on your material.
