I wish they would have given it more blowing power like my fan does. It took awhile for my bedroom to get cooled down. There is cool mist coming out and the noise is not too loud like my big fan is. There is no remote. The size to me is okay. The appearance is a tower. In the back bottom is where you place the ice pack that comes with it. Gets cool with that and that helps a little with performance. Just wish that it had more power. If it had a little bit more power that would be great. Got it for some money off. That is probably why there was a discount. Maybe company will come out with one with more power and hopefully they will let me test it out for a review. I am just being honest with this review.

DO NOT BUY THIS FAN. I got it and found it never get cool like advertised. The first time I used it it was ok never really getting cool but ok. And after a week I found a screw in the tank. I placed it to the side because I couldn't find out where the screw came from. Week two the holes fell out so I guess that's where the screw came from when contacting the company they said if it's not in this original package we will not take it back no exceptions okay. So I told him I didn't want to send it back I just wanted to know how to fix the hose in the back. I haven't heard back from them so here I am with a fan That hardly really works and no solution to how to fix it. I contact the company and nothing they said if he is not in his original package we can't take it back so I'm not asking if they take it back I'm asking how to fix the holes how to make it work half way decent and I got nothing so if you want to buy some broke stuff this is the fan for you.

It works very well, when the water take is full and you have the misting on it feels amazing even in the summer in Arkansas.

The fan is good. It cools. Has cool settings. But the ice pack has to be refrozen every day, you can’t forget to do it. Also the water runs out fast. We use it without the water and ice pack. It still works fine but can probably use one cheaper to do the same thing.

Update: these (bought 2) only lasted a year at most now these just can be used as fans not how they are meant to be used with water. They are collecting dust at storage. I take back my 5 star review unless you only want them for a year or less then these are for you After months of owning this fan and using it everyday all day I can honestly say this is the BEST investment I've made in a while! I just bought a second one yesterday for my bedroom. It does not leak, the hose needs a zip tie attached to make sure it doesn't pop out of the tank (it did on us but we put a zip tie on it after we took it apart to get the hose). The water does not last in the tank for 16 hours for like 3 or 4 hours we fill it up a lot but don't mind, we use regular lunch box ice packs that are small for it which works great. You need to have a water pitcher to get the water in the tank without splashing or causing leaks (I think that's why people complained about leaking they may be using regular cups) Overall I'm so incredibly pleased. I get heat stroke easily but this cooling fan has saved me and no I don't have an AC unit just this cooling fan and other fans in my window So please take my advice and BUY BUY BUY if you need a cooling fan! Totally worth every penny! I LOVE this Arctic Air tower cooling fan. I suffer from Dysautonomia and deal with extreme heat intolerance so when my apt complex said I couldn't have an AC unit I was worried BUT I saw this fan while searching for cooling fans and decided to buy it. My caregiver can help me watch the water level for it and it is SUPER easy to use. My caregiver is even shocked at how cool it gets my living room, granted I have window fans in 1 of 2 of my living room widows each day and my other powerful fan on at the same time. So if you're looking for a cooling fan then you should consider buying this one!! You might want to have other fans available for hot days as well

I don't recommend getting any other cooler but this. I've always used artic air especially in the summers. They can start to wear a bit after a year so you have to be careful to take care of it don't move it around too much. But i'll take it if I have to get a new one next year it's worth it. It keeps you cool all summer not a replacement for ac though but good for a room or office ect. Put a little water and ice your in business. I paid 60 dollars more for another product that even with ice hartley cools.

I ordered two through Amazon for that giant heat wave we had and they were defective. They stopped working before the return window closed so I returned them, which wasn't free as Amazon had said it would be. They only refunded a part of what I had paid, and then turned around and took the full amount and claimed I returned the wrong item, though their almost impossible to contact customer service reps acknowledge that they DO have the fans and that it was a "glitch" and keep promising to return the money stolen from me, they haven't, after over a month of back and forth and being obsessively polite to them. Do not purchase these! They will stop blowing air and you will never see your money even if you return them! They ended up costing me triple the marked price! They're a pain in the behind and the biggest junk you could ever buy. A waste of everything. An utter scam. Save yourself the hassle and stress!

Product doesn't really make the room cooler, just more humid. The fan works fine, but its a little loud and for the price you're better off just getting a good fan. The first one I ordered I had to return due to the oscillation function not working, missing the ice pack, leaked water, and overall felt very flimsy. The replacement was better and functioned properly, but mentioned above, it ultimately just makes the room humid.

NOT A UK PLUG I bought two of these and I can’t used them due to them not being UK plugs I have now had to order two adapters for a extra £15 and not happy as one of them was a present

Refresca pero moja un poco con o brisa, he visto otros que enfrían más sin mojar, creo que puede ser por el tipo de filtro. Pero cumple su función.
