I have found this to be a perfect replacement battery for my older ICOM handhelds, Models: IC-V8 and IC-V82 as well as IC-U82. I am very pleased with the battery life and the batteries fit as perfectly as the original, nice and snug in both the radio and OEM ICOM Charging Base.

This battery turned out to be an excellent third-party replacement for my original iCom-branded battery. It charges without any issues and easily holds a charge all day long. I work from home and like having my radio on in the background to listen to fire, EMS, and law enforcement traffic while I work, and this battery has been reliable for that daily use. My only real gripe is the belt clip. It feels very cheap. Since my radio usually sits on my desk or in its charging dock, it is not a problem for me, but anyone planning to wear it on a belt daily will want a sturdier clip. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would buy it again. ✅ What I Like - Great price at just $19 at time of order. - Perfect fit as a replacement battery for my iCom IC-F4GT. - Holds a charge all day long with no issues. - Includes a belt clip. ❌ What Could be Better - The belt clip is flimsy and would not hold up well to daily belt use. 🏆 Final Verdict This battery works exactly as I hoped and gave new life to an older radio that I still enjoy using. Bought the battery on August 6. I just noticed yesterday Oct. 24 that it stop taking a charge. Battery is dead. Did not last more than 3 months. Buy OEM.

The final quality of the batteries are great. I have Been running them for the last few days, and not been able to run the down during a full day of use. I am happy.
