Imagine Me: 6 (Shatter Me) Paperback – 16 Feb. 2021

Bought as a gift 🎁 great book

I got the full set of all 9 books as a gift and didn’t know anything about them. From the beautiful imagery on all of the covers I wasn’t sure what to expect story-wise and I ended up being completely blown away by them. I have read all 9 books in 8 days because I couldn’t put them down. They’ve made me cry and laugh out loud and they’ve made me anxious and angry too. They’ve definitely made me fall in love with the morally grey Aaron Warner with all his golden beauty (and also a little bit with Adam and Kenji). Everything about the characters and the settings were totally real to me and I was completely immersed in the story to the point that when I had to stop reading for whatever reasons it took me a few seconds to reorientate myself with my actual surroundings. I was so desperate for things to end well that my stomach was churning throughout the last chapters of the book. I loved Tahereh Mafi’s writing and I’m now going to look for more of her books.

I think the Shatter Me series might be my favourite ever. Unravel Me and Restore Me being my favs. I must say giving this a 4/5, it was my least favourite but still very good. I was kinda bummed that it was typically going between Juliette and Kenji and not so much Warner. If you had any questions throughout reading the books, all those little details are explained in this one. It was a sweet ending, I was expecting something a bit more heart wrenching but still pleasant. I'm glad Tahereh wrote these last 3 books. 5/5 as a whole for the series.

I am lost for words at just how much I loved Imagine Me.If I thought any of the other books in this series were full of angst, drama, amazing twists and turns or endings I never saw coming Imagine Me just knocked them all out of the water.Juliette and Kenji's story telling keeps you literally hanging on to the edge of your seat.every page you turn pulls you further and further into their stories until you are completely lost in every thing going on. I honestly thought I could see how this series was going to end or at least the path it was going to take but boy was I wrong. And you know I'm not mad at that at all. They will definitely keep you on your toes and guessing about whats coming.I would recommend this series to anybody, I have that much love for these books

Just been delivered. Loving the series so far. I'm disappointed that my book was damaged though I like them pristine condition.

I'm not sure how this differs from Defy Me. Jullette wasn't herself no one was. And why was there so much Kenji? Don't get me wrong i like him as much as the next person but two books with his pov when aaron was right there??

I haven't been able to put this series down. I have loved all of them. I love the way it's written. I love the characters. I wish I had known about the novellas before I started so I could have read them in order but it just means Ill have to read them again!

It was a good story, great world, crazy things happened, I enjoyed the read, but as I've come to the end, I realised that it wasn't what I was expecting from all the hype, I was expecting mind blowing thought consuming.I have read books similar that have blown my mind, but not this series.
