Oxygen Nasal Cannula Protective Cover, Size 4x2x2 Inches

I ordered this for my mom so that she wouldn't have to mess with plastic ziplock bags anymore. She's only been using it for a few days, but so far it seems to be easy to use & does the job it's meant to do. It appears to be fairly sturdy but only time will tell. I personally think it's a bit bulky & the color could make it more difficult to notice, particularly with less-than-ideal eyesight. The size doesn't seem to bother my mom & it seems to make it easier to open & close. I just ordered her a second case so obviously, I think it's worth the $10.

This is an awesome product. The value is great. It goes around the cannula, preventing it from getting dirty. It's nice to have a cover for traveling. We will be ordering a few more.

Great product I have found. This keeps your cannula clean and germs. Free clean them and store them.

For a simple device, this is a great idea. I, probably like many, for years would just wrap the cannula around the handle or maybe disconnect it and throw it in my pocket or battery bag, especially in an airport between flights or after landing or sometimes just walking around and not needing the oxygen. The problem was that most of the time, the canula would fall off and hit the floor or fall from my pocket, or out of the bag at inopportune moments. You would end up throwing it away and then pulling out a fresh canula. Sometimes, it would be several canulas/trip. Just looking around and came on this great idea. A simple case, with notches in it, to lay the cannula in and protect the nose piece. Then just close the case and voila, no more throwing out canulas because they landed on a dirty airport floor, or a dirty street etc and then gasd to be cleaned before use. A simple but great idea. I took off 1 star, because it would be better if the notches were a little wider for an easier fit, and also better if there was, a clip to attach it to your belt, bag, oxygen machine etc. Other than that, I would highly recommend this simple device to save a lot of difficulty. As always, that is the truth.

I have 2. One for my portable and one for my home 02 concentrators to keep my NCs from contamination of dirt and germs when I’m not using them. I’m very analog about making sure what I stick in or near my nasal airway is clean disinfected and kept off dirty surfaces. I know from experience that nasal cannulas when dropped on the floor, stepped on, dropped over furniture or in a backpack or car can easily collect germs that can cause respiratory infections bacterial and viral. These are cleaver little plastic folding cases that wrap around my nasal cannulas as soon as I take them off. They snap together are hearty strong plastic. And can fit nicely into a bag, purse drawer. I don’t have to worry if they accidentally fall to the floor, as I know they are kept clean and protected.

It does the job; however, it is way too wide and too long. Not big enough to hold entire cannula but too big for just nasal prongs. Also, no way to attach it to anything. Thanks to reviewer who uses rubber coin purses. Just cut off a little bit at the end to widen round hole so that both tubes fit and coin purse works great. Have attached purse to O2 carry bag.

I wish I had had this years ago! When not in use I've always used a little ziplock-type bag that never kept the cannula from slipping out. This keeps the cannula nose prongs from hitting the floor!

These covers are amazing. I am so glad I took the time to find these and order them. It's a game changer for keeping the nasal canula clean.
