this a very good product ,it does make skin look less sallow before putting o n makeup

I'm really enjoying the e.l.f. Brightening Lavender serum! The packaging is sleek and easy to use, and the serum itself has a light, non-greasy texture that absorbs quickly into my skin. The lavender scent is subtle and calming - not overpowering at all. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I've noticed a slight brightening effect on my skin, especially around my dark spots. My skin looks more even-toned and radiant. My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is that I don't think it's a miracle worker - it takes some time to see results, and it might not work as well for severe hyperpigmentation. However, for maintaining healthy, glowing skin and subtly addressing minor discoloration, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try! I have never been one to use primer, but I am so glad I have found this one. The purple colour definitely lifts my olive skin complexion and it goes on super smooth. Makes my skin feel so silky and has a beautiful matte finish. I have to be careful what I put into my skin as it’s oily and very prone to getting spots, but not a single breakout with this primer. Already on my second one and I 100% recommend this product!

But too expensive for what it does

The second it touches your skin it mattafies. It’s smooth and goes on easily. I would advise giving a few minutes between applying this and then your makeup as I found it tends to pill if you go straight on with makeup.

I love this product. I've never liked wearing foundation as it either felt like a mask or did nothing. Admittedly I've not used any other primer to compare, but this makes my skin feel so silky and now my foundation glides on and glows all day.

Elf primers are one of the best primers available in the market. This one s gud too. But I had used the green and blue ones in the past and I would like to go back to them again. Green during summers for oily and blue during winters for dry skin. All in all very good. Worth trying once. It closes pores and gives an even makeup base. Never caused me breaking out while using them.
