this item is alright once anyone who wants to tone their bi's and abdomen but the issue anyone will face is the sticky pads as they seem to detach emselves from the bi's which is annoying but the abdomen pads seems fineweird at first but once they are on and working for a good hour or so they become less weirdI have given this item 4 * cos of the bicept or arm toning stimulators as they keep on falling off but other than that they are working fine once I figured out how they work

IT DOESN'T SEEM AS POWERFUL AS I EXPECTED ! ALSO, REMOVING, REFITTING AND CHARGING THE BATTERIES THAT I BOUGHT IS TEDIOUS AS I'VE READ THAT THE DEVICE CAN BE USED TWO OR THREE TIMES PER DAY AND AFTER TWENTY MINUTES, THE BATTERIES NEED RECHARGING !

Bought this abs toner to try and see what it was like, it was good at first, wasn't painful or anything, but after 2 days, it lost all of its power, i presumed it was because it was running out of battery but when i got new batteries it still was being really weak and wasnt doing anything, i then put on some new gel pads and it was more powerful…until i changed modes and the power was completely lost and it went weak again, do not buy this i am going to try for a refund. also additionaly, the gel pads need to be replaced with is an extra cost and they are very irritable to the skin.

I order because i do havey workout but lot of time sitting is as well i not said you are use all the fat but help to burn more calories when you are sitting
