Great!
This steamer works well. It takes about two minutes to start blowing steam. The head or top portion is adjustable. I did notice that it does not tighten into place. However it will not fall down once you adjust to height but it can push it down or pull it up without having to twist the adjustment knob. It automatically turns off. This is a great product.

durability
This is my GO TO at the salon. I use it for my clients scalp massage and at the shampoo bowl its such a relaxing service. Easy to use and maintain. Heat and steam always good.

Machine doesn’t work
Don’t buy this, the picture and video clip is different, seller ship for me without button turn on and turn off machine doesn’t work, seller asking for shipping back if you want return cost $42 . Report this seller

wish the length was higher

Defective!
Mine kept cutting off, I just opened it. The design makes it hard to use it because the way the spout is angled and the fact that it is not tall. It burns the water out really fast so be mindful. Wouldn’t buy again, not worth the money.
