Does exactly what it says it would do, works perfectly!

In my experience with various display docking stations, I've often been disappointed by a noticeable lag on the additional screens when compared to my laptop screen. However, this docking station impressively maintains equal speed and responsiveness across my laptop screen and all additional monitors, providing a seamless user experience without any discernible delay.

I purchased 2 of the older model docking stations that were not compatible and contacted the company and they did take them back and recommend a different model. The 2nd model arrive (current model) and it took a little effort to set up and it worked great. Now about a month later the screens are no longer getting signals and its very frustrating as the company takes about 24 hours to respond (not that much of an issue, but we are running a company and its causing performance issues with staff. Just dont understand why something so simple is not working as advertised. Typically we find setup videos or have access to a customer support line to easily resolve the issues.

Rock solid displaylink dock. This allows any USB capable computer to basically be able to power up to 2 external monitors without anything but USB ports. I don’t notice any latency during use either. I am using this to power 2 2k 75hz external monitors with my work computer and I’ve gone up to 2 2k 75hz and 1 2k60hz ultrawide monitor for a single USB C connection for easy docking. Absolutely amazing. Love the single port and it allows for all my connections. Rock solid. The dock does get a little warm. It comes with it’s own power supply to power the dock and provide 100w of USB C power delivery. All the ports you could possibly want! Checks all the boxes for providing 3 high resolution monitors and peripheral connections through 1 USB C. Keep your drivers up to date as instructed from displaylink website.After a year of use it started resetting the display arrangements of the triple monitors so every restart or reset the graphics driver I have to rearrange my monitors. Really frustrating on a daily driver setup. Same issue on both a Lenovo and Dell computer. Used to retain my settings. Graphics drivers are up to date. Removed from setup due to the frustration.

Worked great for the first 5 months then just stopped working, don’t recommend.
