Love it
Bought this chair to assist with my back surgery recovery. I love this chair. The chair is firm which I need and does all the things of a chair that costs much more. I fall asleep each time during use. Very relaxing.

Message chair
Use after a long day at work. This was scheduled to come in after I got back from vacation but it arrived while I was gone. Luckily my son brought it in. And the message pad on the left upper arm doesn’t work Other then that it is a good buy

Not for skinny people
There's a big issue for delivery, and I didn't realize that it requires COI insurance to get this into my building... I stood in front of the building trying to figure things out and wanted to just return this, at a certain point the delivery people even wanted to just drop this off in front of the building since their job is finished and they cannot take the job for returning.. Anyway, I ended up tipping $50 to the building handyman and he eventually helped to get it inside and sent to my room.After I installed it I realized there's a big problem.... I'm very skinny and unfortunately even the maximum airbag features would not be able to touch my body 😂😂😂 I could feel a tiny bit of pressure on my legs, but nothing even touching my shoulders. I also feel the back roller is mostly torturing on my spines without releasing and rolling on the muscles at all...I want to return this. But thinking about the frustrations to just get this inside. Aww!

I really love this chair. Just a tad bit on the expensive side. Otherwise great tense and achy muscle relaxer!!
