i only got to use it twice during my travels over the summer but I must say this really changed the comfortableness of my flight! i don’t even notice if i fall asleep due to its neck support. it might feel a little uncomfortable or awkward when putting it on at first since it covers a small part of your face if your neck isn’t that long. also i found that you can wear your headphones with these but you gotta find the right spot as the pillow can cover your ears a bit.

Really soft and loved the quality. The outer cover is easy to remove and wash. Consumes less space so it can fit in any backpack easily. It comes with a water proof bag. Overall a good product to buy if you frequently travel. I never faced any neck pain or discomfort

Pillow is really good n comfortable. Love the buttons as they help in adjusting how snug you need the neck pillow to be. The reason for deduction of one star is the storage bag. On my first trip the black ribbon that has a button to attach to your bags tore off. I hope you look into this n improve the quality.

The neck pillow is nicely tucked into a nice ouch, which in turn is put in a hard’ish cardboard box. This is then packaged in a soft wrapping. Well, after removing the wrapping, saw that the box is broken. Fortunately, no damage to the pillow, supposedly. Shall find out. Great delivery, presumably good product but totally disappointing packaging.
