Comfortable chair
This chair was simple to assemble and is extremely comfortable. And enjoyable to spin. As soon as it was finished, The materials are far superior to anything I've seen in big box stores that sell office supplies. The mesh is both strong and comfortable. The base and casters are sturdy and comfortable. I like how the armrests can be adjusted and moved out of the way. It have lumbar support hugs your lower back and enhances your spine's natural curve. The pneumatic adjustment lever makes it simple to adjust the seat to my preferred height. Adjustable tilt tension significantly reduces leg fatigue. Adjustable back height and headrest with reclining option, making the user more comfortable while working. 360° rotation is supported by dual-wheel PU casters. Swivel freely and move quickly.

Looks good
I am 6'3" and the chair's back should be able to be raised a little more. I needed to add a 5th stop in the back in order to fit my size. I added a stop to hold the back to the maximum height. once that was in place, the chair fit very well.I look forward to another purchase of a chair but will need to review the specifications to make certain it will fit my size.

Need a better office chair this is it!
I broke my pelvis and two lower vertebra in a car accident a few years ago so I cannot use foam seats or they get uncomfortable. I love this chair. No pressure points and I can sit for extended periods at the computer.

Maybe the headrest shipped to me got bent in shipment ...
Maybe the headrest shipped to me got bent in shipment, but it seems designed for people 5'7" or below because it stays at my shoulders regardless how I adjust it. Putting in the headrest screws was also surprisingly aggravating.

Mesh seat is very uncomfortable
The mesh seat is very uncomfortable and there is no padding at all from the frame underneath. I can't sit in this chair for any extended duration without the circulation in my legs being affected. All of the components that adjust simply pull up on a ratchet system and can not be locked into place. Every time I move the chair by pulling on the arm rests or back, they ratchet up to the release point and then fall down. Very frustrating.I regret buying this chair and do not recommend it to others.

Totally able to customize it to fit you! A++ imo!
I love it! I am 5'4" and this chair actually fits me (*the distance the back is to the seat is adjustable) so that I can sit at my desk (leaning forward working on the computer, and just lean back for lumbar support without having to scooch back like I had to with my previous chair because the seat was too deep for my legs! The height is also adjustable (both the seat height and back of the chair height, along with the headrest and arms). So if you have a longer torso (like moi!) and shorter legs (ditto) you can totally customize this chair to suit your frame to a "T"!!The mesh is springy so it is not real hard my old one was so hard that I had to use a memory foam pillow on my seat for a cushion as it would hurt after awhile!I am not a big fan of the chrome accents but not bothered enough to deduct a star as that is just a matter of style preference, not function.Oh and did I mention that the armrests also adjust in and out besides up and down? I have not had any of the issues of it ratcheting up like the other person mentioned but I will update if I do. Not sure why mine stays where it is set at but maybe a call to the mnfr would correct that for them idk...But I'm in love with mine, wish I had known about this chair years ago.

Full featured, but adjustments aggravate
This chair assembles easily, even though the small hex key doesn’t fit the provided screws (a key from my own set fit perfectly).Once assembled, it’s an attractive chair but the back height and arm height adjustments are not the best. The problem is that the back height and arm heights are adjusted with a ratcheting mechanism. If you want either to come up a bit, you just raise it and it stays. To lower the arm (or backrest) you lift it all the way and then it falls to the bottom. The trouble is that if you sit all the way back in the chair to get good lumbar support, the back height will occasionally ratchet up a click when you get up. After a few cycles you get to the top of the adjustment and the backrest falls down. After a few hours with this chair that drove me absolutely nuts. The chair also comes with a neck rest. It’s comfortable as long as the backrest stays put (but it doesn’t) so I took it off. This chair just isn’t worth the aggravation. If there were a way to fix the backrest in position this would be a great chair, but if there is, it isn’t covered in the instructions. I may just fix it in place with a deck screw.
