Rice Water Conditioner Bar for Hair Growth - 77g

As a guy with pretty standard brown hair, I'll admit I was a little skeptical about using a bright purple conditioner bar. It feels like something you'd find in a mystical forest, not in my shower. But let me tell you, this thing works wonders. My hair feels incredibly soft, and it's much less frizzy than with my old stuff. It lathers up nicely and you only need a little bit, so I know it's going to last ages. I'm officially a convert. ​The only minor con, and I’m not going to lie, I was a little purp-le-xed the first time I used it. It’s... very purple. For a brief, terrifying moment, I thought I was going to walk out of the shower with hair like a cartoon villain. Luckily, it rinses out completely and doesn't leave a hint of purple behind. No brassiness here, just silky, conditioned brown hair. ​So if you're a dude who's a little nervous about embracing the purple, don't be. This bar is a game-changer.

I've never used a conditioner bar before so I was slightly sceptical! This has changed my mind and I dont think I'll ever go back to liquid conditioner. When you open it, it has a faint weird smell but it doesnt make your hair smell! My hair feels so soft and was so easy to style after using this!

As others have mentioned it's a great conditioner - just doesn't last very long at all. I also find it's quite a bit harder than the caster oil shampoo to work into a lather/creamy consistency to apply to my hair. As a disabled person with very low energy it really puts me off using it, as it's far quicker and easier to use a liquid conditioner. It would also be much better value if it were bigger than the caster oil soap, as it seems to shrink twice the rate of the shampoo bar - despite using the shampoo bar twice per hair wash! Probably won't buy again, but it was nice to try it and the conditioner really is great for my hair. It makes it very slippery in the shower though so do be careful.

So easy to apply just rub down lengths of hair. It leaves my hair feeling so soft and smells amazing. I would definitely recommend

My only criticism would be the price. The product works amazingly well, it smells amazing and leaves your hair feeling lush. The issue is it doesn’t last very long. I have short hair, so i think anyone with long hair would find the bar disappearing very quickly.

I bought this for my mom to try as she is in her early 60s and her hairs are curly and dry. She gave me a feedback that it smells amazing, makes her hair soft and last long. She absolutely loves it, it's worth the value.

Firstly, I think it’s important to share that there are very few shampoos and conditioners on the market that have ingredients this good. Most are full of horrible chemicals. The smell is lovely but a little overpowering. The two pictures below are after exactly 2 weeks of use, once a day, one person. The conditioner bar is half the size of the shampoo bar and they disintegrate so quickly. It’s such a shame because this brand has a lot of very good products but for the price and the amount of time that they last, unfortunately they aren’t worth the money. It’s also worth mentioning that this is one of the best conditioners I’ve ever used. It left my hair silky smooth. But it’s such a shame because it’s almost gone after only two weeks. They were left to dry out each day and never sitting in water. If this company makes a liquid version, I’d be all over it !

How could I have not known about Kitsch? I took a chance last year and tried the purple shampoo and purple conditioner. My hairdresser is shocked at how great my hair looks (I'm grey). It is so soft and manageable! I take the set on travel and my husband and I both use it. I have tried the rice combo set, but like the purple set better. It has a nice light scent that is barely noticeable. I have had issues with little bumps on my scalp (like small pimples) that my dermatologist prescribed expensive shampoo for. It did not solve the issue, but purple Kitcsh soap did! Not one bump on my head through all seasons and I am ecstatic! I will not change the purple!

Surprised to find good conditioning results for this lavendar bar for grey hair. Doesn’t need a lot of bar rubbing to apply. Rinses clean with no buildup left behind. Keeps gray hair bright not dull. Lasts long time. Travel is EXCELLENT because it’s a bar—no liquids to pack. This bar lasts a long time, does what it advertises, saves money, saves the earth from not using bottles with watered down ingredients. I have normal hair with a small wave. Great quality. Highly recommended.

Solid Shampoo is the WAY TO GO! I am completely enamoured of the Kit'sch shampoo and conditioner bars. I had no idea what to expect and ordered these during Prime Days. I have a long European trip planned and wanted to check out how the solid bars worked to avoid the liquid restrictions on airlines or risking unknown shampoo while traveling. The Tea Tree and Mint has been working so well as a first shampoo to clarify my hair. I don't use much, if any, product but just living life collects 'stuff' in your hair. So I wanted to clean out the bad but also do so without damaging my already dry and brittle greying hair. I've then followed up with a second shampoo using the Rosemary and Biotin bar to encourage hair growth and strengthen my hair. Lastly, I use the Rosemary and Biotin conditioner bar. I have to say, my hair has not felt this clean after shampooing in forever, and my hair is soft and full when it dries. My hair is so clean that it literally squeaks in the shower, yet it's not feeling dry or brittle. The bars seem to be holding up well with use and should last a long time. Others have commented that the bars crumble, and I've had a small amount of that happen, but so far not much, and I just smashed it back onto the bar like I do when regular soap starts to fall apart. I do make a point of letting it dry out and not sit in water, which stops the soft bars from literally melting in water. Overall, these bars appear to be great value and give a better clean than I've had from a shampoo in years.
