This back support brace is excellent for managing posture and shoulder pain management. I'm an Occupational Therapist, and I recommended it for a patient of mine due to nerve impingement and shoulder pain. Through using this brace to assist in correcting his posture in conjunction with his therapy, he's making excellent gains and reports significantly decreased pain and tingling and numbness down his arm. I love that it is adjustable and he reports it's comfortable to wear. He's been using the brace for several months and is demonstrating good carryover with upright posture even when he isn't wearing the brace now.The downside is that it is very difficult to put on without the assistance of someone to help adjust the straps. We tried adapting it with additional straps to allow him to reach and adjust on his own, but he still needs a little assist to adjust the straps adequately. Overall, I'd highly recommended this posture brace. I plan to order more in the future for others who'd benefit. It's excellent!

I have been very happy with this product. I am re-building core muscle strength and have been trying different physical therapy routines to help with my posture. This is something you can wear almost every day and then taper off as needed, and with my very frequent use I found it has maintained same level of support even after couple months, with no signs of serious wear. My shoulders are not nearly as rolled forward and I have more range of motion in my upper back/torso now. I would recommend to anyone.

(-) It takes two people to get it on due to moving the velcro straps until it fits.To put it on myself, I had to tie rope loops to the velro fasters in order to reach and tighten up the straps. Even when I got it on, I couldn't properly adjust the straps. Also once you get it on the straps cuts into your armpits. I had a physical therapist help me get it on the first time and it took us awhile to get it fitted' I am looking at a belted type posture brace which may be easier to use and more comfortable.I quit using it the second time I tried putting it on myself. Just too much frustration and pain from the straps.(+) it definitely pulls your shoulders back and accomplishes the goal of it's design once you get it on and properly adjusted.

This brace didn’t offer any support or posturecorrection. Nice packaging, quick shipping, just not so great product.

Is comfortable, seems a little difficult for me to put on, however at 70 yrs old, everything is a little harder these days.

Awesome support! Retrained me to stand up straight and was very comfortable to wear! Highly recommend this back support!
