If you wish to check the wheel aligment, you have to buy camber/caster gauge additionally. **Q: can this tool measure toe in nd toe out?** A: It can be used for toe in/out but would require measurement tools affixed to the flat round disk portion of the tool. I have (2) double ended magnetic laser devices that shoot lines in both directions. I take a front line measurement in front of the wheels and one behind each of the wheels to tell if the toe is in/out or straight on within 1/16". **Q: So this is basically a wheel clamp with a spot to attach a camber/caster gauge?
