I have bought this product 1 year and hardly used it for 10 times but all the zips from front, back and the top closure has failed, inside zips are ok but rest all have failed. I called customer care to get it fixed and they mentioned they do not have service center in India, which was to my shock. make a wise decision before you purchase r for rabbit bags.
