Seem to be well made, very useful. Not sure how they'd hold up in a pro garage but for DIY occasional use they just the job

For all of a day I tried every tool i have and even thought of making up a tool to remove the clips on a turbo hose on a VW new beetle 1.9tdi, The clips are strong spring steel and the access is virtually zero so I gave up and had a look here for a solution and I chose this kit. I used the flexible cable pliers and at the second attempt it was off, so easy. If you work on modern vehicles then this set is exceptional value for money, I am simply delighted with the quality and the range of hose clips it will handle, worth every penny.

Coming from a vehicle tinkerer who always used pliers for hose clamps, these make the job a thousand times easier and scuffed knuckles almost a thing of the past. Great value for money with a hose plier for almost every scenario; quality of the case was a little shoddy as the pliers often fall out of their place but overall a great purchase.

Quality good defiantly valve for money

Bought this set thinking it would just help with fuel lines… ended up looking like a full-time cartoon mechanic. These red clamp pliers grip hoses so well it’s like they’re holding on for emotional support. Used one on a coolant hose and it didn’t just stop the flow — it stopped the hose’s hopes, dreams, and future plans. Zero drips, zero leaks, pure disrespect. The best part? With all nine pieces laid out, it looks like I’m about to perform open-heart surgery on a Fiat. Neighbours walked past and probably assumed I’d finally lost it. Brilliant little set. Makes you feel like a professional even when you’re swearing at a plastic clip. 🤣
