I bought this for my first son in 2018 and it had a beautiful fabric cover, archival quality pages and many little brown paper pouches inside for memories & mementos. I purchased it again for my second child and it’s quality is much poorer. The cover & pages are made of a shiny finished paper, and the pouches are gone except for a plastic envelope for a lock of hair and a large paper envelope on the back cover. The designs and page art are the same, but it’s not quite as nice as the original version.I do still like the design. It has a tooth chart, pages for the first 5 birthdays, first haircut, and spaces for many other firsts, as well as many blank pages for whatever you like.I just hope that it won’t be further evidence that the second child gets the short end of the stick, as I’m sure I’ll forget to fill it out entirely by his first birthday.

I ordered one of these books for my July 2018 baby. I felt like the book was MUCH more high quality. It had a cloth cover and it felt soo much more expensive. I was soo happy with it that I came back to order the EXACT one. But— This one feels super cheap. I’m soo bummed because I wanted the books to match. I’m 2 days away from my shower, so I don’t have time to look into something else. It went from being an amazing product to something super average. 😢😢😢

This is a beautiful book for my expecting grandchild. The parents are not revealing the gender, so this is perfect for them.The quality is very nice and the packaging was just what was needed for delivery.

Very nice book. Lots of room for pictures. Great clasp envelopes for keepsakes like the first haircut. Paper is nice and heavy so no ink bleed through between pages. Love the modern look and colors.

So far I am loving this book, I haven't found anything I don't like about it. The illustrations are just super adorable and there's a place for everything

Beautiful book! Lots of pages for picture, may remove a few bit spiral bound so very easy to remove.
