Totally recommend. Good size, stays closed (I keep it in my purse, not on key chain)
My biggest concern was that the little sliders would come open and my medicine would go all over the place. So far it’s been really reliable. When I first got it I filled it with what I needed and then gave it a really good shake, and had my s.o. do the same. They didn’t come open at all. It’s roomy and not super expensive. Surprisingly all the other pill carriers I saw on Amazon were (in my opinion) kind of over priced. This is affordable, pretty big, sturdy, and the separate compartments makes it easy for me to carry allergy and anxiety meds, and ibuprofen! Definitely recommend
