So I have literally just been adding one or two strips of this to my congee inspired meals. I usually soak them for a few minutes in water to soften them before cutting them into bite sized pieces with scissors and dumping them in the soup. I love the texture, and they seem to absorb the flavor of the dish I cook them in. The texture stays strong and doesn't seem to dissolve or get gooey like grain noodles can if cooked too long. I think I want to get more when payday rolls around.

Tofu skin is not the same as a tofu sheet. One is pressed tofu press down to a thin layer and one is tofu milk skimmed off the top of tofu during the process. Therefore it is impossible to know what this is.

Once you learn to work with it, the uses and flavors are endless.

These were pretty good I’m just not sure about their manufacturing and distribution process so I didn’t give five stars.

Rubberish. Not sure what made of it. dumped all to trash.

It's not easy to find skin tofu outside an Asian grocery store so I was really pleased to see Amazon carries it. You'll need to soak it in warm water for 15 minutes, then use it in stirfries or hot pot.

Excellent quality and taste, good value

I had gotten thinner ones from a different place in Chicago that were just the best... these not so good. these were almost like rubber.
