A couple months ago I had bladder surgery and while everything has healed okay, I was not only urinating several times a day, I was getting up to go to the bathroom several times a night. I took this for 2 months and had some subjective reduction in urgency and frequency. Also maybe increase in stream. CONS: Big pills; I had trouble swallowing them. Contains a lot of stuff I don't need. Expensive; I could probably get a generic prescription drug for a lot less than this. Therefore, I am next going to try a product that is just beta sitosterol, nothing else.

I don't know how many times I have seen products advertised as the fix all for one thing or another. And me always looking for a miracle. Bought the product only to find out that it not only didn't work. But also it had some other negative side affects.
