This airbag full body massage mat is incredible. The position of the neck airbags are adjustable with the capability to slide up/down. I am 5'2 and, if I slide the neck part to the very bottom, I am aligned perfectly with hips, etc. I did notice other reviewers who are 5'1 have difficulty with positioning but maybe 1" makes the world of difference. Total game changer for me. I sit at the computer 8+ hours a day and this mat alleviates my neck and lower back pain as well as relaxes, stretches, etc. - - - all with air compression. No painful kneading. Plus, I love the heated lower back feature! The airbags lift you up and down, move you side to side, squeeze, release, and it's so relaxing! I feel so renewed and grateful to have come across this mat. KUDOs and HIGH FIVE to the person(s) who invented this. WOW!

Normally, when you order a massager, you expect the rotation to push the hot spots and work the knots aggressively or lightly, depending on the settings you choose. This massager takes a completely different approach. Instead of pushing or rolling on your skin, it feels air and vibrates. I don't think it can replace the more common shiatsu massages, but it's a great addition to your home spa/healing collection. This massage mat is more like physiotherapy, filling with air in all the right places and gently stretching and twisting tense/tight muscles. You can adjust the air fill to provide more or less movement, and just like a massage therapist or physiotherapist would do, it lifts your head and neck and gently twists them from side to side as you move your back to twist the spine and fill it with air to create movement from the hips to the neck. I'm quite active and have made Flow definition for about 30 minutes part of my bedtime routine. I find it reduces the pain and relaxes me so I can sleep - sometimes I fall asleep even while I'm doing it.

This massage works very good, the twisting function is effective but not controlled on how far it goes, if under your neck it can hurt. The lumbar air lifts are great for stretching, I do wish there was one step lower for initial users. I have not used med or high yet due to a back surgery. Low is almost too much. For the legs. The massage is very light, small amounts of pressure. I used a pillow between my legs for a bit more of a message. This part of message needs a little more improvement.

I received this as a Christmas gift from my husband. I have to say I workout intensely and regularly so I get frequent massages. Lately have been looking for more cost friendly alternatives. This matt comes very close to a regular massage! The inflatable bags and kneading features are great! The design is sturdy and I like that it folds up and is easy to take with me on road trips. The noise is a bit loud but that doesn’t bother me (I can listen to music on my AirPods). The functionality of adjusting heat settings makes it customizable to my comfort level. I will definitely be using this frequently! I would say to make sure to adjust the neck pillow for us shorter people. I didn’t do that very well and ended up more with a scalp massage. Afterwards realized that I could bring the neck pillow down a lot more.

This body massager/stretcher mat is great. It’s easy to use. Easy to store. I’ve noticed a huge change in my body. I love that you can choose to focus on one part of your body if you desire to. It’s worth every penny!

I was really excited to get this piece of equipment because I am in constant pain with my back, and I hate shiatsu massage balls that seem to cause more pain and does nothing to relax me. I’ve tried other compression mattress type things spending a lot of money and they die after like a couple of months so when I saw this and it is expensive, I thought OK let me try it, no I was kind of surprised at how small the area for the hip area is. It’s about 10 inches wide before you reach the side pillows of the mattress so I was a little bit taken aback because I’m a little bit bigger than a normal person. I’m not a size 4 I’m not a 28 but I’m certainly not petite and tiny now I saw the picture of the guy in one of the reviews so I thought OK he seems like a normal size guy. He’s not petite it seems for you OK so I thought OK let me try this , so I’m working with it now. It is an investment so I’m going to try to really work with it to help because I do like the compression part of it. It seems to work very well it’s just positioning my body on this thing might be a bit of a challenge , so I just want people to be aware that this might be an issue for larger size people because there is no adjustment that you can make and really larger size people have a lot of issues with back arthritis and I’ll kinds of things so well. This thing might be all that with nuts on top it just might not actually work for you because of the size of the thing so I’m gonna watch it and I’ll let you know if it does work for me I don’t mean to be on the fence but I wanted people to see this review before they actually went and bought it if they are a larger size I just wanted something that would be similar to a hospital bed that has this compression thing but those kinds of mattresses are extremely expensive. This is a little bit outside my budget being almost $200 but I’m desperate OK I hope to see you help some people but just look it over carefully do studies videos etc. it might be worth it if I can figure out someway to work with it. Otherwise it’s going back.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but this is a very good full body massage! It has different heat settings; and different levels of compression. You actually feel your muscles being stretched. I would recommend to try it out! Easy to set up and use!

Had this massage matt 6 days now ,and to be honest I was not expecting it to be this good . it also was great value and well made . as for a massager it really works great and certainly relaxes you ,also plenty of settings and with heat if you choose . I feel I definitely made the right choice in choosing this massage matt .

I've been suffering recently from back pain, some due to getting older, some due to a lot of gardening. I have full massage mats that fit on a chair and they do a great job but are quite vigorous in their kneading and wanted something more gentle. This a neat little mat that rolls up into a self contained unit with handles, lay it on the floor, plug in and then lie on it whereby you can use the remote control to either focus massage to a needed area all have it cycle through a preset routine. Where it's clever is that it uses airbags only, inflating then and deflating to provide the massage and it is quite effective with this, even performing twisting motions say to the neck along with kneading. There are different strengths but nothing too vigorous and a couple of heat settings and overall it does a decent job. Bought it on an offer and overall very happy for the price paid if it continues to perform to the same degree, saying that there is an extended warranty if registering online which is useful. Up date, have been using for a few weeks now and definitely helping, only niggle I have is the power charger doesn't have any storage in the mat itself like the remote which would be useful if transporting.
