Mouthwateringly good!
This should be a staple for anyone's charcuterie board. It has a delicious flavour and has quite a soft texture compared to other saucisson sec, a must have.

Best Wild Boar sausage on Amazon?
I have bought this one several times and would prefer it over the other wild boar products on Amazon. It is not cheap but the taste is very good and it is easy to carve.

misleading
I bought this under the impression it was 100% wild boar, when in reality its only 20%. Don't see the point in buying it again if I can get regular pork out local supermarket. The manufacturer should diversify and consider selling 100% variant.
