The citizen automatic watch is well packed and delivered by amazon on the next day of the order date. The watch is scratch less due to appropriate and sturdy packing with the safety pink dot sticker. The product is imported from Japan and original. The gold plating on the strap is excellent and the red dial I bought is a real show stopper. Priceing is competitive in the freedom sale by amazon. The watch is not very heavy to wear. In short a good purchase

The product is a premium one... however the the light reflection in darkness is not upto to the expected level..

my first automatic!
I bought this watch after a lot of research and I always wanted to buy a citizen. The dial looks so fresh. One problem I was facing that the strap was very heavy and my hand started paining after long use. The watch weighs 122gms with the strap. So I bought a 3rd party strap and it's super comfortable. the watch gains time (+10-15secs) a day. So I reset it once a week but better early than late. I use this as my daily driver so I don't care about the power reserve. It's a true DAGA watch and I've used it for almost a month now. I bumped the face on a door and my heart stopped but sapphire crystal doesn't give a damn to that 😎 Check your wrist size and go wear it in good health.

Watch belt has got cut with in a month!
Excellent watch but it is very disappointing that suddenly watch belt has got cut and fell down while wearing..wasn’t expected from citizen
