Nice when frozen..last about 15 minutes before melted. Works to freeze out pain temporarily. They are also Comfortable

Helps regulate temperature
These are great for night my feel are uncomfortably hot from nerve issue. Usually I put them on for bed and end up sleeping on them. The gel cold packs chill my feet and even once the cold pack is no longer cold my feet are more comfortable. The gel acts like a heat sink and helps regulate the temperature. I would not recommend walking around in these socks but that's not really the purpose of the product anyway. All in all would recommend for others with nerve related foot discomfort.

if you have neuropathy in your feet, buy these!!!
I have severe neuropathy in my feet and these socks are the best things I have ever bought for them...and I have bought all kinds of pressure socks and other kinds to help ease this pain. These socks are wonderful as you can put them in the freezer or the microwave...to warm , or chill your feet, which ever helps ease your pain. Great find!!
